9:30-11 Pre-K, Kindergarten Readiness - Occupational/yoga therapist sharpens developmental gross/fine motor skills and social/emotional maturity while providing valuable home carry over ideas to foster curiosity and perseverance.
11:30-3 Individual/ Small group Yoga and Occupational Therapy by Appointment
3:30-4:15 Children's Social Emotional Intelligence- This class will strengthen the 12 components of SEL to increase self/social/relationship awareness and management yielding more mature regulation, communication and decision making.
4:30-5:15 Children's Yoga - Fun/playful class to calmly acknowledge body, feelings and thoughts.
6:45-7:45 Mindfulness Yoga - Focus on the mind body connection. Yoga eight limbs to mindfully balance YOUR life.
6:00-7:00 Morning Mindfulness Yoga - Gentle flow to wake up your body and mind with heightened awareness and health.
9:30-10:30 " Younglings" - Playful sensory exploration through movement/music/culture to gain regulation of self and greater awareness of others and community.
11:30-3 Individual/ Small group Yoga and OT by Appointment
4:15-5:15 Teen Social Emotional Intelligence - This class strengthens the 12 components of SEL to increase self/social/relationship awareness and management yielding more mature regulation, communication and decision making.
5:30-6:30 Teen Mindfulness Yoga - The emotional and physical changes during ad
olescence can be overwhelming and teenagers who practice yoga are better at managing stress and perform better academically. Build a healthy mindful foundation for adulthood.
6:45-7:45 PreNatal Yoga - 8 limbs of yoga incorporated to this specialty class taught by yoga therapist/midwife will improve sleep/strength/flexibility/endurance/relaxation/mindfulness and decrease stress/anxiety to ease labor, delivery and postpartum.
